2nd Cheese and Dairy Festival

Karalis S.A.,Milk Industry of Epirus successfully participated at the 2nd Greek Cheese Contest  that took place in the scope of the 2nd Cheese and Dairy Festival , organized by the European Regional Development Network (EDPA), 16 - 18October 2009 at the Piraeus Port Authority.

This one of a kind contest of international standards was organized for the second time by the competent department of EDPA, and takes place every two years. The taste tests of the samples participating in the contest were performed by the judging committee, which was comprised of world famous chefs that arrived in our country just for this purpose from all countries of Europe. During the taste tests each cheese sample had its own special code, without its packaging, so as to guarantee the unprejudiced decision of the judging committee.

Our company was awarded 7 medals for diferent kinds of cheese.
